A community for soft explores

Moo Retreats is our way of bringing together movement, nature and a slower pace. It’s about stepping a little out of your usual routine and into something calmer, where there’s space to move, rest, eat well and just be more present.

Each retreat is built around that balance. Time spent outside in nature, followed by a slower pace back at our retreat home. Shared meals made from good, nourishing ingredients and sessions with yoga, pilates or breathwork, that focus on moving and resetting the body in a way that actually feels good.

Everything during the retreat is taken care of, so you can step away from your everyday life for a few days and just focus on being there.

We’re beyond excited to invite you to experience the magic of late summer in the Lofoten Islands.

Steep mountains rising straight from the ocean. White sandy beaches. Midnight sun. Quiet mornings. It's the kind of place that makes you slow down in a way that's hard to explain.

While there will be plenty of adventures, movement sessions and activities throughout the week, the overall feeling is closer to a Norwegian cabin trip than a traditional retreat.
