A community for soft explores

Moo Retreats is our way of bringing together movement, nature and a slower pace. It’s about stepping a little out of your usual routine and into something calmer, where there’s space to move, rest, eat well and just be more present.

Each retreat is built around that balance. Time spent outside in nature, followed by a slower pace back at our retreat home. Shared meals made from good, nourishing ingredients and sessions with yoga, pilates or breathwork, that focus on moving and resetting the body in a way that actually feels good.

Everything during the retreat is taken care of, so you can step away from your everyday life for a few days and just focus on being there.

We couldn’t be more excited to invite you to our very first women's retreat surrounded by steep mountains, lush valleys and glaciers.

It’s like stepping into a postcard with endless hikes and lakes to cool off in. We’ll spend our days moving through this landscape and enjoy the long summer days in June.

Kasper and Jenny are dedicated to bringing people together in a real and meaningful way, sharing their experience from breathwork, mindfulness, community building and retreats.

Helene is passionate about nature, movement and simple days outside, shaped by years of exploring Norway and finding joy in the small moments along the way.
